Leroy, born and raised in Rotorua, carries the knowledge and recipes passed down by his nanny - her love for kaimoana inspired his journey as a chef. Kushette has always worked with tamariki, guided by her heart for whānau and her drive to make life a little easier for others. Together, they've built Aotearoa Pāua as a reflection of whānau strength, care, and connection.
